Recognition

If this sounds familiar

  • A boundary that feels necessary to you feels threatening to someone else.
  • You are having the same argument in different forms.
  • Silence, distance, or tone quickly feels larger than the event itself.
  • You feel guilty for changing, for asking for more, or for choosing yourself.
  • The old roles no longer fit, and no new agreement has replaced them.

This is rarely about a lack of love or effort. It is usually a system that has not caught up with a change.

  • A plain-language description of whether roles, connection, or past rupture is most active
  • A calmer, more realistic next step instead of more repeated conflict or distance

Anatoliy Drobakha

Credibility

Who built this

UNAtribe’s assessment methods were developed by Anatoliy Drobakha, a Master of Clinical Psychology with 10 years of clinical practice, 15 years in business management, and 30 years in information systems management.

His work has been published in two international academic monographs on digital psychology and AI (SciFormat Publishing, Canada, 2024 and 2025). The underlying instruments are registered with the United States Copyright Office and have been used with more than 2,000 people.

The method is deliberately non-clinical. It is built for people who are functioning, reflective, and looking not for treatment, but for structure, insight, and a clearer understanding of their own patterns.

How it works

What happens next

  1. Answer 15 short questions.

Five-point scale, one screen at a time. About four minutes.

  2. Create a free account.

First name and email. This is what saves your result and lets you return to it.

  3. Get your map.

Radar view, your strongest pattern explained in plain language, and your recommended starting level.

  4. Open your first module free.

The complete first module of your recommended level — four theory blocks and sixteen exercises. Not a sample.

No card required at any point in this sequence.

Questions

Before you start

Is this a diagnosis?

No. This assessment identifies transition patterns for self-understanding and educational guidance. It does not diagnose a mental health condition and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Do I have to pay to see my result?

No. Your profile, your downloadable map, the deeper assessment, the Individual Development Map, and the complete first module of your recommended level are all free. No card is required. Continuing through the full nine-level route is a monthly membership, and that decision comes later.

Why do I need to create an account?

Your result is a personal document you will want to return to. The account stores it, keeps it private to you, holds your downloadable map, and unlocks your free first module. First name and email — that is all.

How long does it take?

Most people finish in about four minutes. Fifteen questions, one per screen.

What happens after the free module?

You can continue through your complete personalized nine-level route with a monthly UnaTribe membership. Nothing is charged automatically and there is no trial to cancel.

Do I need my partner or family to take part?

No. This assessment is about your side of the pattern and what you can change from where you stand. It works whether or not anyone else is involved.

Four minutes is enough to know where you actually are.

You will not solve the whole transition today. You will finish with a clearer picture of which pattern is active, how strong it is, what not to force right now, and one realistic first step.
